In-person training in Needham, Massachusetts. Virtual private and group options.
Strength training belongs in the conversation about metabolism, body composition and healthy aging. Whether you are returning to exercise, navigating midlife changes or working toward weight loss, the goal is to build a stronger, more capable body over time.
I connect the dots between your health goals and how you train, then help you put that plan into practice.
Some Metabolic Strength clients choose to obtain a baseline DEXA body composition scan before beginning their program.
A DEXA scan measures body fat, lean muscle mass, and bone density. This information can help establish a baseline and quantify changes in body composition over time.
DEXA scans are available through a provider we collaborate with in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Metabolic Strength may be a good fit if you want to build muscle, return to a consistent exercise routine, improve movement confidence or support your health as you age. I work with women and men, including adults navigating perimenopause and menopause and people who want a clearer structure around training.
If ADHD or autism makes consistency, transitions or a typical fitness environment difficult, tell me what helps you. We can discuss how coaching and the training setting can better fit your needs.
If you are losing weight, including while using a prescribed GLP-1 medication, strength training can be part of your plan to maintain physical function and support muscle preservation. Your training should reflect your current capacity, recovery and medical guidance.
Metabolic Strength focuses on muscle, movement and consistent training. If you need broader support with nutrition, metabolic concerns or implementing changes in daily life, we can discuss The Method or The Metabolic Collective™. These are separate offerings; testing and other services are not automatically included in a Strength membership.
My approach considers the body, brain and spirit. Our metabolism is our temple, and strength is one way we care for it.
Complete the inquiry form and tell me what you want help with. We will discuss the appropriate assessment, training option and current availability.
