This is a 60-minute, in-person session where we:

Assess your current strength and movement
Review your body composition and goals
Identify what’s actually holding you back
Build a clear plan for training and metabolic support

What We Will Cover

Wellness Vision

We begin by clarifying your health goals and developing a personal wellness vision. This helps define what optimal health and long-term wellbeing look like for you.

Body Composition

Body composition is evaluated using an in-studio scale or through a recommendation for a DEXA scan to establish baseline metabolic and body composition data.

Movement Assessment

A movement assessment helps identify opportunities to improve strength, mobility, and movement quality.

Sample Strength Session

You will experience a short sample strength training session to understand how Metabolic Strength training works.

What Next?

At the end of the session we review potential next steps, which may include:

  • Functional lab testing
  • Other personalized metabolic health strategies
