  • One 1-hour group call per month (will be recorded for anytime access)

Why do I offer a 6-month program?

Because my program is in-depth, imparts a wide-range of information, and we take time together to explore various paths to carve out your unique blueprint for a lifetime of sustainable, healthy practices.  Six months is also the period of which research has shown that it takes people to implement sustainable lifestyle changes effectively.

Working together with a health coach provides you with resources and support to help you make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve your health and well-being.
